This construction combines the high tensile strength of steel wire with the flexibility and resilience of rubber, providing excellent durability and reliable performance under high-pressure operating conditions.
Product Features & Key Advantages
The steel wire braid provides exceptional structural strength, allowing the hose to easily handle continuous operating pressures from 2,000 PSI up to over 6,000 PSI, with a standard 4:1 safety factor for burst pressure.
The durable outer rubber cover protects against friction from concrete and asphalt surfaces while offering high resistance to UV rays, ozone, and ambient oils for prolonged outdoor use.
Reinforced by internal steel wire mesh, the hose maintains its shape under pressure and resists kinking or collapsing during sharp bends, ensuring uninterrupted water flow.
Rubber compounds excel in temperature handling. Premium 2-wire braided rubber hoses can easily handle hot water cleaning up to 150°C (302°F).
Common Fitting Options: M22 (14mm/15mm pin), 3/8" Quick Connect, and NPT male threads.
