Description
PVC Air Hose / Fiber Reinforced Hose features a three-layer composite structure, with the inner and outer layers made of high-quality PVC material and a high-strength polyester braided yarn layer reinforced in between. It is specifically designed for high-pressure pneumatic tools, factory pneumatic piping systems, and general industrial water delivery applications.
Product Features
Reinforced with cross-braided high-strength polyester yarn in the inner layer, significantly boosting working pressure and burst pressure while effectively preventing expansion and rupture.
Approximately 30% lighter than traditional rubber air hoses for easy dragging and maneuverability; excellent hose flexibility and elasticity greatly reduce tangling during operation.
The outer cover offers exceptional resistance to abrasion, aging, and trace oil mist, making it suitable for various factory environments and outdoor operations.
Flexible Customization Services
Available in clear (visible polyester yarn), high-visibility yellow/orange (industrial safety colors), red/blue (for distinguishing air inlet/outlet or hot/cold lines), and matte finishes. Custom branded longitudinal lines can also be printed.
Inner/outer diameters, wall thickness, and yarn braiding density (to increase pressure ratings) can be adjusted upon request. Assembly with quick couplers is also available.
